Most building projects go wrong in the gaps — between the mason and the plumber, between the estimate and the final bill, between what was promised and what was poured. Shreeram Constructions closes those gaps by taking the whole job on contract, material included.

  • We buy the material, not you. Cement, TMT steel, sand, aggregate, bricks, RMC, tiles, wiring, pipes, paint — sourced, transported and stored by us.
  • Named brands in the agreement. The grade of steel and the brand of cement are written into your contract before a single foundation is dug.
  • Payment tied to progress. You pay in stages as slabs go up — never in advance of the work.
  • One number to call. A single site engineer owns your project from excavation to handover.

Shreeram — With Material

We supply everything. You supply the plot.

One rate per sq.ft. Everything below is inside it.

  • Cement, TMT steel, sand, aggregate, bricks/blocks, RMC
  • Shuttering, scaffolding, centring & all site machinery

  • Electrical wiring, conduits, switches, MCB & DB boards

Your cost is fixed and known on day one. Material price rises are our problem, not yours.

Our engineer runs the site daily. You get photo updates and a stage-completion sign-off at each milestone.

Site cleaned, snags closed, keys handed over — with a written structural and waterproofing warranty.

What does a contract "with material" include?

Everything except the plot. We supply cement, TMT steel, sand, aggregate, bricks or blocks, RMC, shuttering, plumbing and electrical material, tiles, paint, hardware and fittings — plus all skilled and unskilled labour, machinery, scaffolding, transport, wastage and full-time site supervision. You pay one agreed rate per sq.ft. and receive a finished building. You do not buy or chase a single bag of cement.

How much will my construction cost per square foot?

It depends on the specification package you choose (standard, premium or luxury), your structural design and number of floors, and the finishes you pick — tiles, sanitaryware, fittings. We give you a written, itemised rate after a free site visit, with the brand and grade of every major material named. That rate does not move afterwards.

Do you give a written agreement before starting?

Always. Every project begins with a signed contract stating the scope, the exact material brands and grades, the rate, payment stages linked to completed work, the handover date and the penalty if we are late. Nothing starts on a verbal promise — that protects you and it protects us.

What if material prices go up in the middle of the project?

That is our risk, not yours. In a with-material contract the rate is locked at signing. If steel or cement gets more expensive next quarter, your bill does not change.

Do you take small jobs, or only full buildings?

Both. Apart from turnkey construction, we take standalone contracts for renovation, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical rewiring, tiling, false ceiling, carpentry and painting — also with material supplied by us.

How do I pay? Is a large advance needed?

No. Payment is broken into stages tied to work actually completed — foundation, each slab, brickwork, plaster, finishing, handover. You pay for a stage once it is done and signed off, never far in advance of it.

Is there a warranty on the work?

Yes — a written structural warranty on the structure and a leak-free warranty on waterproofing. Any defect reported inside the warranty period is rectified by us at no cost to you.

Which areas do you work in?

We take contracts across Bhopal and the surrounding districts of Madhya Pradesh. For larger projects we will travel anywhere in Madhya Pradesh. Call us with your location and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.
